Do I need a privacy policy for my website or app?
Almost certainly yes. If you collect any personal data — even just emails or analytics — laws like GDPR and CCPA require a privacy policy, and app stores (Apple, Google Play) reject apps without one. Our generator detects which laws apply to you and builds a policy that addresses each.
Can I use ChatGPT to write my privacy policy?
